Today I bring the Angel of the Animals.

On this Earth day, when so many of us are confined at home, wild animals venture into cities remembering that there is space for everyone and that we have to rethink the way we live and interact with them. This angel asks us to connect with the animals, whether they are our domestic animals, whether they are animals of power or even, the animals we come across during the day. Realize how they act and what the characteristics of animals are. Feel and integrate what you can in your life. For example if today you come across an ant remember that it is very strong for its size, it is hardworking, it prepares itself in the summer to have provisions in the winter, among many other things. Which of these can you apply in your life? Do this exercise with any animal. What if you don't come across any animals? Ask the Animal Angel in meditation to show you which animal you need to resolve any of your questions.

Hoje trago o Anjo dos Animais.

Neste dia da Terra quando tantos de nós estamos confinados em casa, os animais selvagens aventuram-se pelas cidades lembrando que existe espaço para todos e que temos que repensar a forma como vivemos e convivemos com eles. Este anjo pede para se conectar com os animais, sejam eles os seus animais domésticos, sejam animais de poder ou ainda, os animais com que se cruzar durante o dia. Perceba como agem e quais as características dos animais. Sinta e integre o que puder na sua vida. Por exemplo se hoje se cruzar com uma formiga lembre que ela é muito forte para o seu tamanho, é trabalhadora, prepara-se no verão para ter no inverno, entre muitas outras. Quais destas pode aplicar na sua vida? Faça este exercício com qualquer animal. E se não se cruzar com nenhum animal? Peça ao Anjo dos animais em meditação que lhe mostre qual o animal que precisa para resolver alguma das suas questões.
